This book aims to increase awareness of and appreciation for diversity and inclusion as we explore the thoughts of 6-year-old Maddison who was born with conductive hearing loss. Maddie, now a Kindergarten student continues to share her world! Equipped with strategies and hearing devices, she navigates through all the new things a school year has to offer. In a few short months Maddie has uncovered something really special about language! This book is not solely about Maddie, instead it is a resource for all unique children and those that love and support them.
